This watercolor shows the American yacht Ranger leading the Enterprise is an early America's
Cup Race. Ranger raced thirty-seven times in all, and only two boats ever crossed the finish line ahead of her, Yankee twice,
and Endeavour once. Ranger won the 16th America’s Cup Race in 1937 by winning 4 consecutive
races against Endeavour II.
This
beautiful watercolor reproduction is printed on watercolor paper and as a result, looks so much like an original, that it
is virtually impossible to tell them apart. The artist is Y.E Soderberg. It should be
framed in a 20" x 24" frame with a mat.
